Responsibilities
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and ATS tools
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skill and culture fit
Guide candidates through the hiring process and serve as a trusted career partner
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements
Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews and offers
Deliver a strong, consistent experience for both clients and candidates
Post job ads and manage applicant flow
Track recruiting activity and pipeline progress
Collaborate with your team to meet weekly hiring and placement goals
Qualification
Required
Experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, customer service, or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfort using LinkedIn, job boards, CRM/ATS tools, and technology
A proactive, goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping people succeed
