Account Executive, SMB (US market)
Scoro is a professional services automation tool that helps businesses streamline their workflows. They are looking for an Account Executive to join their US sales team, responsible for managing client relationships and driving revenue growth among SMB customers.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: Manage the entire process from outbound prospecting to closing deals, using a consultative and customer-focused approach
Qualify and prioritize inbound leads: Assess incoming opportunities, understand our ICP, and focus your time on the prospects with the highest potential
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Marketing and BDR teams on campaigns, outreach strategies, and new ideas to reach target accounts
Track and report on performance: Maintain accurate pipeline updates, forecasts, and sales reporting to support effective decision-making
Become a Scoro product expert: Understand our platform deeply so you can guide prospects, match their needs with the right solutions, and represent Scoro with confidence
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience: AE or strong BDR/SDR ready for the next step
A proven track record of selling to SMB customers
Experience in generating outbound pipeline and meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Confidence in communicating and presenting to stakeholders at all levels
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication, listening, and time-management skills
The ability to work independently and stay focused in a fully remote environment
A proactive, curious, and self-driven approach to work
Preferred
Experience working with professional services companies
Knowledge of creative industries such as marketing, advertising, or architecture
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment
Experience with HubSpot or Sales Navigator
