Responsibilities

Provide support to more experienced construction engineering personnel by performing routine construction engineering assignments at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL)

Assigned to a discipline position within the Construction Management Division in an administrative or technical capacity

Complete assigned tasks under routine supervision and technical directions

Work with multiple people across the install groups and various leaders

May have leadership responsibility for less experienced construction engineers

Construction engineering practicesProfessional Engineer LicenseMicrosoft 365 proficiencyDOE 'Q' clearanceGlovebox systems experienceNQA1 experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific discipline

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Requires a full working knowledge of construction engineering practices and the exercise of professional judgment within the framework of established guidelines

Fluent in Microsoft 365 based products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams. Etc.)

Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE 'Q' clearance

Must be a U.S. citizen

Successful drug screening

Preferred

8 years of relevant experience

Post graduate course work or degree

Active Q clearance

Experience with Glovebox systems

NQA1 experience

Professional Engineer License
