Responsibilities

Prepare quality valuation projects
Review detailed financial records, income statements, QuickBooks records, etc
Conduct research and statistical analysis
Assist in litigation support engagements
Assist in due diligence engagements
Coordinate and review work to ensure engagement is prepared timely and with a high level of quality

Qualification

Financial statement analysisValuation expertiseExpert witness testimonyMicrosoft ExcelCVA certificationMicrosoft WordCPA licenseOrganizational skills

Required

Strong understanding of financial statements, discounted cash flow, discrepancies in deviations, marital balance sheets, equitable asset and liability divisions, and alimony calculations
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects

Preferred

One of the following designations is preferred: ASA, ABV, CVA, AVA, or CBA
Prior experience providing expert witness testimony for litigation is a plus
CPA license is a plus
