Mid LevelWTG Terrazzo & Tile, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Manager/Estimator. The role involves establishing relationships within the construction industry, managing project activities, and ensuring that projects meet cost, schedule, and quality goals.

Responsibilities
Establishes and maintains close relationships with the construction industry, determining sales opportunities for the company, providing quotations on a timely basis
Plans and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that cost, schedule, and quality goals are achieved
Reviews project proposals or plan to determine staffing requirements, schedule, allocation of company resources, and procedures
Assists with directing and coordinating activities of project personnel to ensure that project progresses on schedule and within authorized budget
On an ongoing basis, confers with management & project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills
Experienced in all Microsoft Office products
Technical training and/or commensurate experience in the construction field with an emphasis on flooring (tile, terrazzo, or stone)
Initiative-taking and organized individual requiring minimal supervision
Professionally aggressive in determining and acquiring new business opportunities for the company
Ability to multi-task and willingness to do what it takes to 'get the job done.'
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required
Preferred
Experience with CAD, Bluebeam, Procore Preferred
