Management Consulting Group is seeking a strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA Project Manager (business) to deliver a large-scale, complex S/4HANA project focused on Manufacturing and Supply Chain business transformation. The role involves collaborating with various teams to implement S/4HANA functionalities, processes, data, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects from planning to go-live and post-implementation support, on time and in scope

Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, quality, and deliverables

Coordinate and lead user requirement reviews, design workshops, UAT, business cutover planning and execution, go-live, hypercare, and war rooms

Apply manufacturing and supply chain domain knowledge to drive issue resolution and closure of open items

Collaborate with PMO to monitor/report progress, milestones, risks, and metrics/KPIs; provide regular status updates and adapt plans as needed

Work with change management on communication and training plans, content development, and training delivery to business users

Partner with CoE, IT, Analytics, and cross-functional teams across the project lifecycle; manage smaller enhancement projects as needed

Support PMO with core team and executive steering committee meetings, including preparing status reports

Apply S/4HANA implementation best practices and project management methodologies; identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
