They are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide coordinated care in an integrative primary care model, working collaboratively with pediatricians and families to support each child's path to a healthy future.

Responsibilities

Delivering expectational behavioral health care through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning tailored to each child’s needs, while being responsive to family dynamics
Supporting children’s emotional growth and resilience by monitoring behavioral and developmental milestones, identifying early signs of concern, and implementing evidence-based interventions that promote overall wellbeing
Collaborating with families to reinforce understanding of behavioral health conditions, align care strategies, and promote effective caregiver engagement in the child’s treatment and development
Maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in alignment with ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards to ensure quality and continuity of care
Working as part of an integrated primary care team to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care that integrates behavioral health for comprehensive patient wellbeing

Qualification

Required

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program
Current and unrestricted license to practice as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT in Minnesota
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy, assessment, or behavioral health services in a pediatric, family, or integrated care setting
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment that values integration between behavioral and physical health
Proven ability to assess and treat a range of pediatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, trauma, and adjustment concerns
