Responsibilities
Acts as marketing liaison to event planning staff to deliver unique events for CME Group customers
Creates inventive deliverables while also ensuring the CME Group branding is properly reflected throughout campaigns
Manages development of marketing campaigns with cross-functional business team to deliver on agreed upon marketing tactics - including members from Client Development and Sales, Products and Services, Market Data and Marketing Operations
Manages SalesForce customer campaigns to ensure seamless customer outreach is achieved per campaign
Responsible for collecting all marketing metrics in coordination with campaigns, using Market to Marketing Automation Software, to provide to business lead counterparts on each project
Responsible for developing marketing plans and executing against them for projects that span asset classes like Options, Technology or other service offerings
Responsible for execution of "real-time" customer focused marketing tactics including Targeted Marketing Campaigns, Events Targeting Specific Customer Segments / Roles, Time Sensitive Product Marketing Communications Tailored to Specific Customer Segments, Direct Mail Campaigns, Product Positioning/Awareness Campaign to a Specific Audience/Segment, Educational Webcasts, and Customer Specific Sell Sheets
Qualification
Required

Proficient in MS Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, Charts, Advanced Formulas, etc.), MS PowerPoint and MS Word
Preferred
Marketing experience within the derivatives industry highly recommended
