Responsibilities

Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate

Clearly communicates caller and customer inquiries to the appropriate party

Greets and assists customers

Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of mail services

Assists with other related clerical duties to support dealership operations

Craft exceptionally delicious beverages for our customers

Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service

Actively create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers

Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products

Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
