Responsibilities

Assist in project planning, milestone tracking, and execution of strategic initiatives
Support development of performance dashboards and operational reports
Identify bottlenecks or risks and propose course-correction recommendations
Participate in cross-functional working sessions, helping align teams on deliverables
Help facilitate change management and communication rollouts for new initiatives

Required

Have earned a high school diploma or GED
Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a MBA Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or Communications from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered)
Are authorized to work in the U.S

Preferred

Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
