Interns will engage in various departmental projects, gain industry knowledge, and participate in networking opportunities, all while contributing to real-world tasks that impact clients and the business.

Responsibilities

Work on various department projects in collaboration with Property & Casualty Operations

Participate in shadowing opportunities to learn departmental functions and enhance industry knowledge

Work with the Shared Services Analysts to perform agency management system tasks and client servicing activities

Support service teams by assisting with day-to-day operational tasks and job-related duties

Introductions and engagement opportunities with the Producers/Sales Department

Gain exposure to cross-functional operations by participating in meetings with associates from other departments

Required

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in a program related to one of our host departments (Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management and Insurance)

Interest in insurance-related roles; involvement in insurance clubs or Gamma Iota Sigma

Students anticipated to graduate in Spring 2026, December 2026, or Spring 2027

Previous work or internship experience in a professional services or similar environment

An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to problem-solve, think critically, and provide creative solutions
