Oversee and manage all aspects of the Internal Medicine Residency Program while ensuring compliance with ACGME accreditation standards
Develop and implement curriculum
Supervise and mentor residents and medical students
Oversee resident recruitment and evaluation
Oversee departmental Grand Rounds and CME programs
Champion patient quality and safety initiatives within the residency program
Represent the Department of Medicine on the Academic Affairs Committee
Provide compassionate and effective patient care
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
