Responsibilities
Conceptually and technically develop new and revised insurance programs in response to the changing business environment through coverage, actuarial and product management functions
Engage with customers and respond to their feedback with key developments
Develop products that anticipate customer needs
Run panels and other customer forums
Represent the products to customers
Meet with customers individually and be a key customer resource
Represent the company at industry conferences and with professional organizations
Prepare and give presentations
Author or co-author white papers or articles
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated Commercial Liability Specialty Lines Product Leader
Ability to conceptually and technically develop new and revised insurance programs
Experience in coverage, actuarial and product management functions
Strong customer focus guiding all aspects of work
Ability to engage with customers and respond to their feedback
Experience in running panels and other customer forums
Ability to represent products to customers and meet with them individually
Experience as a key customer resource
Ability to represent the company at industry conferences and professional organizations
Experience in preparing and giving presentations
Experience in authoring or co-authoring white papers or articles
