Responsibilities
Own and evolve the brand’s strategy, identity, voice, and positioning across all touchpoints
Build and lead a high-performing brand and influencer team, including internal talent and external agency partners
Develop and scale a robust influencer and ambassador program spanning micro, mid-tier, and marquee creators
Craft breakthrough brand campaigns, product storytelling, and creative direction across paid, earned, and organic channels
Oversee owned content channels including social, email, and web, ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output
Partner cross-functionally with digital, CX, and product teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys and experiences
Build and maintain relationships with creators, tastemakers, cultural connectors, and earned media partners
Leverage data to validate brand investments and adapt strategy in real time
Qualification
Required
4+ years of brand and influencer marketing experience within high-growth consumer brands
Proven track record building culturally relevant, creatively sophisticated brands from strategy to execution
Deep understanding of the creator economy and how brands build community, cultural relevance, and digital-first storytelling
Experience managing creative teams, agencies, and campaign development from concept through launch
Thrives in an in-office, fast-paced environment with a high sense of ownership, creativity, and executional excellence
Brings a fresh, modern POV on what makes a brand culturally relevant today
