Responsibilities

Qualify, establish and maintain customer relationships within assigned territory
Identify, prospect, and develop new customers
Schedule and perform sales calls and/or visits
Prepare and deliver presentations with technical information to customers
Proactively follow up on quotes to maximize conversion rates
Provide management with customer information, sales call information, competitive market analysis, and planning tools
Develop and justify sales quotes
Develop and justify sales forecasts
Attend trade shows, training sessions, & industry presentations as needed
Collaborate cross functionally to optimize internal communication dynamics and system processes
Communicate customer product and quality requirements to inside sales and vendors
Understand vendor capabilities and maintain strong vendor relationships
Continuously increase knowledge of company products, services, and procedures

Required

Minimum 3 years B2B outside sales experience
Experience with a CRM/Sales management system
Ability to work autonomously
Influential presentation and public speaking
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
