Responsibilities
End-to-end design strategy across a multi-product SaaS platform
Hiring, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing design team
Building design systems and processes from scratch
Leading UX research and validating decisions with data, not guesswork
Partnering cross-functionally to shape product vision and customer experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years B2B/enterprise software experience in a growing startup, vertical SaaS
5+ years designing B2B/enterprise software in a fast paced environment (startup is ideal!)
Experience managing mid or Senior-level Designers
Background in SaaS
Strong grasp of SaaS metrics like retention, churn, and expansion
A current portfolio that shows both craft and strategic thinking
