Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in key industries, including infrastructure, energy, and water management
Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients, ensuring solutions align with their project requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to influence decision-making
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical documentation, negotiating contracts to secure profitable sales
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and partners
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Construction or related field) or equivalent technical background
5+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a related role
Strong understanding of engineering concepts, construction methods, and industrial applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and presentation tools
Preferred
Experience in industries such as water infrastructure, hydropower, tunneling, or geotechnical solutions is a plus
