Responsibilities
Manages combat vehicle and weapon station programs, including M10 Booker, VPS, ISV/GMV, CROWS, and associated munitions
Provides analysis and recommendations on capability development, production schedules, and modernization strategies
Prepares information papers, briefings, and SPAR/POM inputs addressing affordability, readiness, and industrial base concerns
Coordinates with ASA(ALT), T2COM, and ARSTAF to synchronize vehicle modernization and fielding priorities
Qualification
Required
Must possess a DoD Secret security clearance
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business
A minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties
Demonstrates expert analytical and technical skills in tactical radio systems, waveforms, and network interoperability
Proficient in evaluating capability performance, modernization impacts, and lifecycle sustainment of Army communication systems
Possesses advanced analytical and communication abilities to produce clear, data-driven assessments supporting tactical network modernization
