Responsibilities
Design and develop custom web applications using JavaScript to meet business requirements
Build automation solutions across Salesforce and NetSuite to streamline operations
Integrate systems through API development and management, creating seamless data flows
Perform system administration tasks including user management, permissions, workflows, and configurations in Salesforce and NetSuite
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently, from debugging code to system troubleshooting
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement technical solutions
Create and maintain documentation for custom applications and system configurations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and or equivalent work experience
JavaScript programming abilities building web applications
Hands-on experience with API integration and development (RESTful APIs, webhooks)
Working knowledge of Salesforce administration (user management, workflows, custom objects, reports)
Working knowledge of NetSuite administration (customization, saved searches, workflows)
Proven ability to work independently and self-manage projects
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Strong communication skills to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening
Preferred
Experience with additional languages (Apex, Java, SQL, Python)
Familiarity with modern frameworks (Angular, Node.js)
Background in business process optimization
Experience with middleware or integration platforms
