Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Enablement Strategies: This involves working with sales leadership to define and implement strategies that align with business objectives and communicating these strategies to the SSD community
Sales Funnel and Pipeline Reporting Effectively lead collaborative sessions around pipeline reporting, SKA financial reporting and participation in SKA leadership meetings, MQL lead reporting in collaboration with Ed Senior and Marketing
Analyzing Sales Performance: Track and create engaging forums to analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement, using this data to refine enablement strategies where appropriate
New business triage
Creating and Delivering Training Programs: Sales enablement specialists design and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and the use of sales tools
Managing Sales Content: Work with GPs and Marketing to curate, create, and manage thought leadership materials, new business presentations and collaborative case studies that demonstrate our value proposition, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with marketing, and global practice BD teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and sales initiatives
Maintaining Sales Enablement Technology: Salesforce Owner, ensure that sales enablement tools and platforms are properly maintained and utilized by the sales team
Maintain Business Development Resources: Work with global practice teams to ensure they have access to business intelligence tools (I.e. LinkdIN, news feeds etc.) and all resources are kept current
Gathering Feedback: Actively seek feedback from the GP sales teams to identify areas where enablement efforts can be improved

Required

Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred
10+ years sales enablement/sales operations experience within the life sciences
Experience developing and delivering effective training programs and providing coaching to sales reps
Previous experience creating, engaging with and delivering effective sales content
Strong sales acumen
Proficiency with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other relevant sales technologies is essential
