Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture
Initiate and lead observability, monitoring, and reliability projects for our services
Optimize the performance and resiliency of critical APIs to meet SLAs
Collaborate with other engineering teams to contribute to shared codebases and standards
Contribute to the improvement of system-wide observability and monitoring practices

Qualification

Java-AdvancedSpring Boot-AdvancedRESTful-APIs-ExpertMicroservices-ExpertMonitoring toolsObservability-IntermediatePayments experienceCommerce platforms experience

Required

Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
Proficient in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures
Solid understanding of observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk)
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field

Preferred

Prior experience in payments or commerce platforms is highly desirable
Background in building and operating full-stack, production-grade web applications is essential
