Responsibilities

Oversee tax compliance and planning for individuals, trusts, and related entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Provide strategic guidance on wealth transfer, estate, and gift planning strategies
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, attorneys, and wealth managers, delivering proactive tax and estate solutions
Identify opportunities for enhanced client service and tax efficiency
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing tax team
Cultivate and grow relationships with attorneys, advisors, and referral partners to expand the firm’s private client footprint
Stay current on evolving tax law and wealth-management regulations to ensure best-in-class client support

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
12+ years of progressive experience in high-net-worth individual and trust taxation
Proven experience managing client relationships and leading teams in a professional-services environment
Expertise in federal, state, estate, and gift tax matters
Strong business-development track record with ability to attract and retain clients
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
