Responsibilities
Develop and implement NPI strategies to optimize processes, reduce cycle times, and control costs
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
Proactively identify and mitigate risks during all phases of product launch
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and reliability
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to milestones and budgets
Foster collaboration across departments to maintain high standards of performance and operational excellence
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency and alignment
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in managing complex technology product introductions in fast-paced environments
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience in developing and executing strategies that drive operational efficiency
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
