Responsibilities

Oversees and directs the daily activities of Metro's Diversity and Economic Opportunity Department in the implementation and administration of the projects and programs relating to Project Labor Agreements, and Labor Wage Compliance, Contract Compliance, and Small and Disadvantaged Business Programs, including Outreach, Certification, and Goal Attainment
Serves as Metro's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Liaison Officer for the Agency
Lead the Metro's ambitious initiatives within the Diversity and Economic Opportunity Department (DEOD)
Responsible for all projects and programs that serve the small business community through proactive and inclusive monitoring, workforce compliance, training, and outreach activities that include close coordination with both internal and external partners
Leads the agency's construction mitigation programs, which support 'mom-and-pop' businesses impacted by adjacent construction through our Business Interruption Funds (BIF) and Business Solutions
