Responsibilities

Complete review and provide feedback for electrical design submissions, coordinate with electrical QA/QC, and coordinate inspections and comment closeout for various electrical scopes for terminal redevelopment programs
Engage and work with our client’s management teams, project teams and stakeholders, to define, gather and coordinate Electrical requirements for airport terminal redevelopment programs
Ensure submittals, schedules, insurance, and contract requirements are submitted and approved
Oversee General Contractors and their supply chains to ensure contracted scope is delivered and commissioned on time and to budget, reporting status as required
Manage change in a manner that is fair to our clients and their suppliers
Ensure that changes to designs, schedule or approved budgets are coordinated and integrated with related programs/projects and budget holders
Identify and mitigate risks to successful program delivery

Required

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in electrical inspection
Have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work with Primavera P6, CAD tools and program management tools essential
A problem solver and goal-oriented individual who understands a client's business needs and able to deliver solutions in a complex stakeholder environment
Possess excellent organization skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize work assignments
Possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate experience of working in an oversite role in major construction programs
Construction knowledge/contractor-side experience with the ability to be able to apply information management solutions in the context of complex infrastructure projects
Candidate must meet the requirements to obtain a SWAC ID and an Airport Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) ID
