Responsibilities

Administer and support Salesforce including user setups, profile and role management, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, advanced workflow/process builders, and custom objects
Document and develop project plans, requirements, and any other required technical documentation for projects and initiatives of various sizes that involve Salesforce
Work cross-functionally with various business teams and other stakeholders
Track and appropriately communicate expectations internally
Support and manage existing integrations, as well as support new line of business integrations, including third party systems including company ERP, CTI connectors, connected applications, etc
Define, model, build, and test new, modified, and custom-built functionality, workflows, etc
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Connect and Data Cloud integrations
Strong Analytical Capabilities – Data Driven decision making with strong results orientation
Other duties as assigned

Required

Certified Salesforce Administrator
Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Proficiency in Service, Sales and Marketing Cloud
Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration tools; capable of using ETL tools, Data Loader, and manipulating data for load in Salesforce
Prior experience in the design/development/implementation of CRM platforms
Strong Analytical Capabilities – Data Driven decision making with strong results orientation
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; strong written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred

Data Cloud Consultant certification
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator and/or Consultant certification
Experience working in hyper-growth and heavy acquisition type organizations
Experience with Data Cloud, Field Service, Service Cloud and Case Management
Experience with Heroku
