Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble tax returns using information provided by clients

Assist the Tax Department with day-to-day tasks such as word processing, scanning, data entry, copying, report assembly, and other administrative support as needed

Help with the processing of tax returns following BPM procedures, including updating client status and due date information, running reports, and preparing returns for delivery

Complete additional tasks assigned by the team to support smooth department operations

Required

Demonstrated experience or strong interest in advancing a career within public accounting

Ability to work a consistent weekly schedule and be onsite at the Las Vegas office during standard business hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), with flexibility as needed

Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
