Project Manager - Low Voltage Systems

As a Project Manager for Low Voltage Systems, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of low voltage projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for low voltage system installations
Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and clients to ensure scope alignment and resolve design discrepancies
Lead preconstruction efforts including scope reviews, vendor onboarding, and submittal tracking
Partner with Field Supervisors to align onsite execution with project timelines and specifications
Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce quality and safety standards
Conduct regular project meetings to track milestones, address issues, and maintain team alignment
Monitor project budgets and financial performance to ensure compliance with targets
Negotiate vendor pricing and manage the impact of scope changes
Ensure accurate and timely documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and as-builts
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

5+ years of experience in project management for low voltage, structured cabling, or related systems
Strong knowledge of structured cabling, CCTV, access control, AV, Wi-Fi, and BMS systems
Familiarity with industry standards such as ANSI/TIA/EIA and BICSI best practices
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts
Proficiency in MS Office and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and submittals
Willingness to travel up to 25% for site support and coordination

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred
