Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain tray, carton, and can layouts

Generate forward-thinking ideas to support future innovation and evolving packaging requirements

Meet with the supply chain team to align project requirements and timelines

Collaborate with external vendors to move designs through the full production cycle from artwork submissions to final approvals

Mentor a Junior Packaging Designer, ensuring high quality output and alignment with brand and regulatory standards

Ensure all packaging meets regulatory requirements for the beverage category

Review proofs and prepress files for accuracy, consistency, and print readiness

Stay informed on industry trends, printing capabilities, and material innovations

Maintain organized files and documentation for all packaging assets
