Responsibilities
Own paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn) — from strategy to creative testing and optimization
Manage and scale CoinTracker’s affiliate program, with structured tracking, incentives, and ROI analysis
Partner on SEO improvements and lightweight content/organic experiments
Implement and maintain attribution frameworks (pixels, CAPI, Roadway, Segment, SDKs) to measure impact with confidence
Build a campaign and experimentation calendar — ensuring high test velocity and tight learning loops
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, social, finance, and vendors to execute campaigns on time and with impact
Provide clear reporting on channel performance, ROI, and recommendations for budget allocation
Explore referral, gamification, and viral growth loops to unlock new sources of acquisition and engagement
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2C fintech, SaaS, or marketplaces (crypto a plus)
Proven ability to run and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns with measurable ROI
Hands-on experience with tracking/attribution tools (pixels, SDKs, CAPI, Segment, Roadway, Looker)
Affiliate program management and channel optimization experience
Familiarity with SEO and lifecycle marketing best practices
Strong analytical and testing mindset; comfortable building dashboards and frameworks
Ability to thrive in ambiguity — strategic thinker and scrappy executor
Curiosity about crypto and fintech trends, with the ability to translate insights into growth strategies
