The role involves diagnosing and addressing residential HVAC concerns, performing service repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and address residential customer’s HVAC concerns and present options to customers

Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer’s satisfaction

Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment

Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and collects, records and delivers fees to the office

Attend weekly training meetings

Qualification

Residential HVAC experienceEPA certificationFlexible hoursHeavy lifting

Required

3 years of residential HVAC Service Technician experience

EPA certification (or ability to obtain)

Valid driver's license & clean driving record

Must pass background, MVR and drug screening

Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment

Availability to work flexible hours including some weekend days
