Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for reviewing repair estimates/taking calls from our vast network of vendors across the country for our customers heavy duty vehicles, trailers, and forklifts

Develop working relationships with our customer contacts and vendors and involve them as needed to ensure a smooth flow of information to limit downtime of units

Communicate directly with customers and vendors when required to clarify repairs or customer questions

Ability to complete work individually or in a team atmosphere

Required

Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

Ability to complete work individually or in a team atmosphere

Preferred

A strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures, parts pricing, labor guides, possible warranty considerations, and repair shop procedures/practices in a repair shop either as a technician/service advisor

Knowledge with Mitchell1 automotive labor guide or equivalent

Automotive/Diesel knowledge

Dispatch experience

A huge plus if candidate has an education in automotive - prior ASE certifications
