The Judge Group is seeking an experienced and inspiring Manager to lead a team of Agile Scrum Masters and Project Managers. In this role, you’ll drive the adoption of best practices in Agile and Project Management, ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and solutions, and coach and develop a team of 6–8 direct reports.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Scrum Masters and Project Managers
Serve as Scrum Master or Project Manager for at least one team or initiative
Ensure Scrum Masters guide their teams to meet delivery commitments, improve sprint performance, and maintain transparency on status, velocity, and predictability
Coach and mentor team members and leadership on Agile principles and practices
Drive consistent adoption of best practices in Agile Scrum and Project Management
Oversee Project Managers to ensure successful execution of critical initiatives
Establish standardized planning, tracking, and reporting processes for full visibility into team and project performance
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Ensure all Scrum teams adhere to the Scrum framework while allowing for team-specific agreements
Create clear, accurate documentation and reporting
Adapt to changing priorities and support geographically distributed teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field
4+ years of project management experience focused on technology/software delivery
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in technology/software delivery
4+ years of hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
3+ years of experience managing direct reports
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle
Excellent facilitation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP)

Preferred

Professional Scrum Master I, II, or III or Certified Team Coach (CTC – Scrum Alliance)
Experience supporting change management initiatives
Proven ability to deliver results with distributed teams
Expertise in coaching teams and leadership on Agile practices
