Responsibilities
Lead the development of new products and business lines from concept through launch
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal to onboard new partners and support core operations
Drive key strategic initiatives with partners to enhance product performance, unit economics, and operational efficiency
Own vendor relationships including cost management, communications, and performance reporting
Translate data into insights to inform business strategy and decision-making
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting, preferably in tech or high-growth environments
Proven track record of identifying and executing high-impact initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams
Analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally SQL
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
