Responsibilities
Maintain, enhance, and optimize Ivim’s current Flutter mobile application
Support the long-term migration from Flutter to React Native
Build React Native components and features that work seamlessly alongside Flutter
Integrate React Native modules via web views, native bridges, and hybrid patterns
Ensure feature and API parity across mobile, web, and backend systems
Implement new features from concept to production across both Flutter and React Native
Build intuitive, responsive UI aligned with product and design specifications
Improve app navigation, user flows, and in-app performance
Support accessibility and ensure cross-platform consistency across iOS and Android
Optimize load times, animations, network performance, and state management
Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with support and QA
Participate in code reviews, testing, and release planning
Support CI/CD workflows for mobile builds, deployments, and updates
Partner with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs and maintain seamless data flow
Collaborate with product, design, and web teams to ensure parity between mobile and web experiences
Align functionality with clinical, compliance, and operational requirements
Contribute to documentation, technical planning, and roadmap execution
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional mobile development experience
Professional experience with Flutter & Dart
Professional experience with React Native and JavaScript or TypeScript
Proven experience shipping apps to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
Experience integrating REST APIs and modern mobile architecture
Strong understanding of navigation patterns, state management, and mobile app architecture
Experience working across both iOS and Android
Proficiency in Flutter, Dart, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with embedded/hybrid mobile patterns (web views, native modules)
Experience with mobile debugging, analytics, and performance optimization tools
Familiarity with Git-based workflows and branching strategies
Strong communication and collaboration with product and engineering teams
Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
Resourceful problem solver who thrives in fast-changing technical environments
Comfortable working in hybrid codebases and long-term migration paths
Mission-driven and passionate about building meaningful digital health experiences
Preferred
Experience with Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android)
Experience integrating web views or hybrid mobile architectures
Familiarity with Apple HealthKit and Android Health Connect (permissions, syncing, metric collection)
Experience working in healthcare, wellness, or consumer application environments
Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines
Experience with React for web applications
