Responsibilities
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Industrial Solutions portfolio, aligning marketing activities to business objectives that drive measurable revenue and market share growth
Partner with sales and product leadership to align priorities, ensuring marketing directly supports pipeline acceleration and revenue outcomes
Manage and optimize the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across programs, channels, and product lines to maximize ROI
Lead paid media, SEO, GEO, email, catalog marketing, content, and Amazon initiatives to generate demand and accelerate pipeline
Manage merchandising of Brady’s websites to deliver engaging digital experiences and optimize e-commerce conversion
Leverage technical execution, A/B testing, and analytics to continuously improve marketing ROI and effectiveness
Design and implement marketing programs that support Brady’s diverse selling models, including direct-to-customer and through distributors and channel partners
Oversee campaigns, content development, product launches, sales enablement programs, and trade shows to drive pipeline and revenue
Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies targeting key accounts to maximize customer lifetime value
Stay abreast of industrial market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies
Regularly evaluate and refine KPIs to ensure demand generation, e-commerce, content, and integrated marketing efforts are focused on high-value outcomes
Apply advanced analytics and attribution models to optimize spend and resource allocation
Leverage marketing technologies and CRM tools to improve segmentation, personalization, and attribution
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
10+ years of progressive marketing and ecommerce experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Extensive experience across paid media, SEO, email, catalog marketing, Amazon, and content marketing, with demonstrated impact on revenue
Experience managing e-commerce merchandising and website optimization functions
Strong background in integrated campaigns, product launches, content strategy, sales enablement, and account-based marketing (ABM)
Highly analytical, with expertise in marketing technology, automation, CRMs, and data-driven optimization
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
Ability to travel up to 25%
