Responsibilities
Re-engage past customers through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and texts
Build strong client relationships, negotiate, and close deals
Convert lost opportunities into sales from technician invoices and sales proposals
Schedule appointments for sales reps and technicians
Master overcoming objections and gain a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up like a pro!
Qualification
Required
1+ year of sales experience with a proven track record required (outbound phone sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with outstanding follow-through
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willing to work in-office (this isn't a remote position)
Preferred
Service industry in HVAC, plumbing, electrical experience is a plus, but not required
