Responsibilities
Build and maintain senior-level and plant-level relationships with system integrators and key suppliers
Act as the primary liaison for modular prefabricated solution engagements
Oversee end-to-end supply chain for modular data center components
Develop sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, capacity and delivery timelines including holding suppliers accountable for needed transformations
Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Partner with Project Manager and execution team to deliver custom modular solutions
Ensure suppliers for projects support project scope, timelines, and deliverables; track progress and resolve issues
Ensure supplier adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
Establish KPIs for supply chain partners; drive accountability
Implement risk management strategies for supply chain and project execution
Report regularly to senior leadership on project and partnership performance
Qualification
Required
10+ years in supply chain management, preferably in data center or industrial modular solutions including a track record of driving supplier transformations
Strong background in supplier management, contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and lean manufacturing
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects (PMP or similar certification preferred)
Ability to influence and manage relationships at senior levels internally and externally
Familiarity with modular data center design and construction processes
Excellent communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Preferred
Experience working with global suppliers and system integrators
Knowledge of prefabricated manufacturing and logistics
Strong analytical and financial acumen
A proactive and self-motivated person who anticipates needs, with a well-organized, disciplined work style
