Responsibilities
Lead a team of up to 10 DevOps Engineers, providing guidance and support. Act as a technical and managerial strategist for the team
Develop and implement a comprehensive DevOps strategy aligned with the company’s goals to ensure efficient software delivery
Oversee the optimization and management of cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, high availability, and cost-efficiency
Establish and maintain monitoring and logging systems to proactively identify and resolve performance and reliability issues
Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products
Monitor and optimize the performance of applications and infrastructure, implementing solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
Oversee incident management and troubleshooting, ensuring quick identification, resolution of system outages, and root cause analysis
Ensure comprehensive documentation of DevOps processes, configurations, and procedures, while establishing and enforcing DevOps standards and guidelines across the team
Manage relationships with third-party services and vendors, ensuring that external services and tools meet the company’s quality and performance standards
Manage the budget for DevOps infrastructure and tools, optimizing costs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of team leadership experience, managing at least 5 DevOps Engineers and implementing team practices
Experience in operational management, including the establishment of annual team goals and driving performance improvements
Strong experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline management, cloud infrastructure optimization, performance monitoring, and automation
Understanding of security best practices in DevOps, along with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Proficiency in English at a minimum level of B2
