Responsibilities

Review and process customer transactions and account inquiries including but not limited to escalations
Comply with all policies and procedures related to all aspects of TA Operations
Ensure quality standards are enforced, met and compliant with regulatory mandates
Ensure all key daily duties are performed timely and accurately
Collaborate with aligning business partners to develop and create written procedures
Ensure all procedures are updated to mitigate process risks
Demonstrate a collaborative mindset aligned with process improvement, efficiencies and risk mitigation
Participate in architectural system design with product, technical and operations teams to ensure proper system build satisfying TA needs
Collaborate and influence outcomes in a large matrix-managed environment and across multiple and diverse groups
Support and lead business initiatives and special projects
Liaise with others to implement corporate strategy
Cross train as needed
Other duties as assigned by management

Required

College Degree required and/or 7-10 years experience in Financial Service Operations
Tax knowledge, including W-8 validation, information reporting including 1042s, and withholding processes
Strong knowledge of transfer agent operational processes, project management and SEC regulations
Effective written, verbal and listening skills
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft office Word, Excel and other basic knowledge of other products within suite
You are highly motivated, learn quickly and perform well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
You can demonstrate strong communication skills and are client focused
Effective problem solving and decision making
Risk mitigation through policy and procedural understanding
You can multitask and prioritize requests and deliver timely and accurate solutions to clients and shareholders
Building and managing relationships with clients and internal business partners is a priority for you
You can thrive in a team environment and demonstrate a willingness to assist other team members
