Customer Service and Warranty Specialist

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and assist with:
Retailer and customer inquiries related to orders and order issues
Questions and concerns related to warranty claims
Manage the complete warranty claim process, including:
Processing new claims with attention to detail
Verifying claim validity and required documentation
Communicating with customers to collect missing or additional information
Coordinating with retail partners to place warranty orders
Communicating claim decisions clearly and professionally
Provide support to the order processing team when needed
Collaborate with and support the Director of Customer Operations on special projects or initiatives

Required

2+ years of experience in a customer service, warranty, or order processing role (manufacturing or distribution environment preferred)
Familiarity with warranty claim procedures is a plus
Familiarity with the window industry and products is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal systems
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
An excellent communicator (both written and verbal), with a strong customer-focused mindset
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
A self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership of processes
Detail-oriented with good judgment and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
