They are seeking a Service Billing Clerk to support billing accuracy and financial processes within their Service Department, ensuring timely and accurate billing while providing excellent internal customer support.

Responsibilities
Perform basic accounting and billing support functions
Post updates and changes to service work orders
Verify, reconcile, and balance credit card statements
Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and job counts for service departments
Assist with reports, documentation, and additional projects as assigned
Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and support overall department efficiency
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft applications
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
