Collaborate with leadership to assess and deliver on hardware and software needs

Monitor and resolve issues and service tickets in a timely manner

Communicate with business leadership about ongoing and future projects

Visit sites to check in with managers and resolve issues

Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of equipment and software

Maintain knowledge of supported equipment and systems

Ensure LAN/WAN and computer systems security

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and PC connectivity

Ability to meet work schedules and work additional hours as needed

Flexibility to travel between sites with a valid driver's license and insurance
