New GradZinda Law Group is looking for ambitious and mission driven law students for their Spring 2026 Law Clerk Program. This paid internship offers structured training and hands-on litigation experience, working alongside Trial Attorneys in various legal tasks.
Responsibilities
Work alongside a dynamic and experienced team of Trial Attorneys
Client communication
Taking and defending depositions
Research and drafting
Leading mediations
Developing case strategies
Arguing in court
Reviewing the accuracy of legal documents
Conducting detailed quality checks on content and the AI-generated output
Participating in the testing of our AI product’s output
Qualification
Required
Current law student at an ABA-approved law school
Passion for personal injury work
Ability to communicate persuasively
Excellent time management and organizational skills
