Experience (recruiting and on-boarding) Insurance Agents and FA's
Annuity specific focus is ideal (will help lead the Annuity/Retirement area)
Experience running (illustrations and product recommendations)
Ability to develop and (nurture relationships with Agents and Advisors)
Experience in a multi-carrier environment (Brokerage experience)
(Annuity, Income/Accumulation) product knowledge
Proven ability to help Agents and Advisors to write business
