Director of Performance Marketing

They are seeking a data-driven performance marketer with over 7 years of experience to manage and optimize paid acquisition channels, driving qualified leads and supporting growth goals, particularly in preparation for a D2C product launch.

Responsibilities

Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads/YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
Develop and test audience strategies including lookalike audiences, retargeting, and custom segments
Manage ad spend budgets and optimize for efficient CAC and ROAS
Stay current on platform algorithm changes, new products features, and industry best practices
Partner with Creative Director on ad creative strategy, copy, visuals, and landing page optimization
Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs and communicate results to stakeholders
Strategic tests on creative, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies
Partner with the Head of Growth Marketing on quarterly planning and budget allocation
Help build and execute paid acquisition strategy for upcoming D2C brand launch

Required

7+ years of hands-on experience managing performance media campaigns, preferably for B2B SaaS
Proven track record of managing and optimizing $300K+ monthly ad budgets
Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience a plus
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, Metabase or similar tools
Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation
Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS business model, sales funnel and KPIs
Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in an IC role at a startup or scaleup
Ability to rapidly move from strategic decision-making to hands-on execution
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools

Preferred

Experience in wellness or aesthetics industries
Experience targeting the SMB market and/or D2C
Experience running campaigns on TikTok and Reddit
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
