Mediant Health Resources is seeking an Icertis CLM Implementation Project Manager to lead their Phase 2 implementation. The role involves managing project execution, configuration, integrations, and ensuring alignment with various departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

Lead an active Icertis CLM Phase 2 implementation, quickly assessing status, risks, milestones, and driving day-to-day project execution

Manage configuration, integrations, obligation/intent modules, testing, UAT, and cutover while coordinating with Legal, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, and external Icertis partners

Oversee Workday + Icertis integrations, ensuring alignment with key integration points and cross-system workflows

Establish strong project governance (RAID, sprint planning, timelines, issue escalation) and maintain all documentation, including project plans, test scripts, and integration mappings

Provide clear leadership and communication to stakeholders, proactively removing obstacles and ensuring on-time delivery of all Phase 2 deliverables
