Director of DTC Ecommerce Marketing (IoT, GPS Tracking)
BrickHouse Security is a leader in GPS tracking, serving consumers for more than 20 years. They are seeking a senior Director of DTC Ecommerce Marketing to lead performance, creative strategy, conversion optimization, and new channel growth for their DTC business.

Responsibilities
Own sales, ROI, and growth for your selected DTC channels
Improve website conversion through CRO, UX improvements, and creative testing
Launch and scale new acquisition channels with clear ROAS and profitability targets
Lead creative strategy for ads, landing pages, product pages, and content
Build and execute SEO and content programs to grow organic demand
Manage internal team members and external agencies across email, SEO, creative, and analytics
Coordinate closely with PPC, Marketplace, and B2B leaders on messaging, promotions, and insights
Use data to model, forecast, and optimize performance across your channels
Qualification
Required
5+ years of DTC ecommerce marketing experience with ownership of sales and ROI
Proven results improving conversion rates and scaling new channels
Strong creative instincts paired with performance marketing skills
Experience managing agencies and internal contributors
Hands-on experience with social, SEO, influencer, and lifecycle marketing
Strong analytical mindset with channel modeling and ROAS forecasting experience
Experience with Google Analytics, BigCommerce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Brevo or similar
Fluent English
Able to work US East Coast business hours
Quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet, regardless of location
