Responsibilities

Act as a key business partner to the operation director and operations staff, contributing to process improvement and execution

Support the setting up, monitoring, managing and follow up actions for global operation KPI objectives, finance bowler and saving projects

Drive continuous improvement in the financial operations and FP&A for plants located in US and Austria

Analyze and report on manufacturing efficiency variances, providing insights and recommending corrective actions

Ensure a robust system of internal controls is in place for inventory and maintain SOX compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting field with 5+ years of experience OR Master's degree in field with 3+ years experience OR Doctorial degree in field with 0+ years experience

Ability to work with high self-motivation, be sensitive to numbers and the capacity to work in a changeable and stressful environment

Well-developed inter-personal skills and good communication skills. Strong business partnering and teamwork mindset
