Senior Director of Business Operations
The Massachusetts Institute of Technology is seeking a Senior Director of Business Operations for the Massachusetts Green High Performance Computing Center (MGHPCC). Oversees the business affairs of the MGHPCC data center and Consortium
Supports the non-profit mission of the organization in three principal areas including governance
Efficient and responsive engagement with the board of directors and its committees
Business processes that are simple, transparent, and predictable for all stakeholders
Timely and efficient financial forecasting, control, and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
a minimum of eight years of finance and administration experience
be fluent with financial management systems
good communications skills
ability to work with a diverse set of university and community constituencies who have wide ranging and sometimes conflicting interests
must understand and comply with all MGHPCC security policies
is a Privileged Worker as described in the MGHPCC Personnel Security Policy
Preferred
Experience in academic or non-profit settings
